XBox Skins - What are they?
There's also been a trend of Xbox skins, which are basically decorative decals to put on the outside of your Xbox to make it look good.
If I had to wonder where this trend originally started, I would say the Gameboys that Nintendo made with all the different colors started this idea. There's four basic types of Xbox skins:
- Full color XBox Wraps, which wrap the entire Xbox with a design.
- Vinyl Xbox Skins that outline the X design on the outside of the Xbox.
- Xbox controller skins and wraps.
- Xbox "Jewel" skins, which just give the Xbox logo on the top of it a diffrent look.
I'll admit I'm not the biggest fan of XBox skins...I mean do they really make it play any better or worse? But I will admit I've seen some pretty cool XBox skins that if you're into that sort of thing you might want to check out.
Decalgirl.com - This site has a lot of different decals for cars, but it also carries skins for XBox, PS2, Gamecube, and Gameboy. My personal favorite the Metallic Silver skin. The online instructions are easy to follow, I tried it out just to see how it worked and it doesn't take long at all to apply. They also do custom jobs if you have a certain idea in mind.
I haven't been able to find any other sites, but if there are some more I will post them here.
