XBox Game Rental
Going to Blockbuster for your Xbox game rental is not the same anymore. Very often I have gone in there looking for a new game only to find it sold out or not even available.
When I do end up renting games, I frequently end up wanting to play them way past the return date and end up paying a few days worth of late fees. When it's all said I've only played the game for a little over a week and have paid at least $10.
Over the past couple years, there has been a relatively new concept in the Xbox game rental field. A number of online companies that specialize in Xbox game rental and games for other platforms as well. The basic concept for these companies is this.
- Take a 10-day free trial (or something similar)
- Get your games via Free delivery in the mail
- Play and subsequently return the games when you are finished (also free)
- If you decide to be a member, you will pay a monthly fee to keep a certain number of games per month.
- Certain programs allow you to buy the games for a discount if you enjoy them
As you noticed they all have similar setups, so now the question is which one is the best? I personally recommend trying all of them and if you have problems with one, switch to another. Plus one may have availability issues from time to time, and possibly have issues with shipping, etc.
