Win Battles Easily:

Surround the opponent with two heavy gladiators and one light gladiator that has the "Sand Toss" skill. When an enemy comes to attack, use sand toss and then attack with the other gladiators.

Extra Experience:
After pausing the game, enter: R-D-L-U-L-L-L-L-Y-R 

Extra Money:
If you have enough money to hire a gladiator, hire the gladiator then sell off all of their equipment for a hefty sum, then kick the gladiator out of the group.  In order to sell the equipment, you'll need to give the gladiator cheaper equipment to get the good equipment.

Equipment for Anyone:
To allow equipment to be used by anyone, press START in the school's menu then enter R-D-L-U-L-L-L-L-Y-Y-Y.
