Money Bug: This cheat is more like a bug in the game but regardless of what you want to call it the bottom line is that it works.  There is a vendor at the entrance to Browerstone South.  Go there and buy a bunch of high priced items of the same type (potions, rings, etc), however many you can afford.  The thing is that when a vendor is out of a certain item, they will pay a ton to get it back since they have none.  What you can do is sell all of them at once.  The bug is that when you sell all of a certain type to this vendor when their inventory is empty, they will buy every single one at that elevated price!!  So if you want to get a ton of money quickly this is the best way to do so.
