Hint: Increasing Your Health - Other than the medical stations which are obviously the best way to regain helth, you can find the small bug creatures located throughout the game.  When you approach one of these, press the X button and Riddick will eat it.  This will help you regain health.  In addition, you can rest which will let you regain one health "square"

Hint: Killing the Riot Guards - The best way is to kill these is to walk up behind them.  You should have no problem doing this since they are slow.
