Rush the Hill more easily:  Do not try to kill everyone since they will continue to respawn.  Once you get past the two turrets,  run up the right side of the hill and you should make it easily.  This will work on Easy difficulty.

Once you get past the two turrets on the Normal and Hard difficuties, you won't be able to run up the right side.  Instead, stay in the middle and crawl.  This way the turrets and the Viet Cong will not be able to see you.
